I was attracted to Videotron because of the free local call policy, especially combined with The Direct Connection as an ISP. I now find that I use the net more and more for my business, including during the day when I pay full rate. There must be many more like me who, as the net becomes part of their business are prepared to pay for daytime use, but NOT if CWC go back on a promise made to existing customers. I would not expect my customers to stay with me if I went back on an agreement, so how can CWC expect any loyalty from customers they 'disinformate'?
Will CWC include this policy of backtracking in its Mission Statement?
I find it disturbing that a company in the business of distribution of information should be so reticent in giving out a bit of its own.
