May Day charged correctly [17 May 1998]
From the reports I have had it would seem that 4 May was charged, for ex-Videotron customers, at weekend rates. So the billing problem appears to have been fixed.
However, the April billing errors are still not resolved. I have not heard whether or not CWC will refund ex-Videotron customers who do not complain about their bills, and people who have complained are being refunded piecemeal; I have dozens of individual accounts which differ from one another in the details.
